It’s autumn – again
So it is this time of year again. Once again I am going to start yet another semester at university. And this is second time I am starting that in two universities. I just finished looking for courses that I am going to take this autumn and my studying is going to look busy, once again. But this time I am actually going to manage to finish all my courses and be a huge step closer of my bachelor's degree... But it is not going to be easy, for example on mondays I am going to spend at university from 10am until 9pm, a long day. I am going to finish couple of missing computer science courses, try to finish my mathematical studies and try to finish my minor subjects. That's all that is required to finish my bachelor's degree. But let's see what is going to happen...
But this autumn is going to be a little bit different from last year's, because I return to teaching job. I was lucky and I was picked to keep exercises of basic programming course. I am really looking forward of that. The teaching part is not going to be hard, just a really simple Java programming but the challenge is going to be how to get everybody to actually understand everything and get everybody to interest of programming - there is going to be students that have never programmed before. This is going to be interesting autumn... And of course, it is nice to get some money also 
First day
Today was my first day at the real company. It was interesting to notice how things can be so much different from previous experiences that I had starting working in the university or my friend's company. Well, all little things that made me think that I was welcome and expected to start working there. And it is really nice that everything is already ready (or almost ready), I will get my laptop tomorrow and the work phone should be available in the next week... Something totally different than when I started to work at university now the last time, I had to talk myself to get a really old computer that I could use to working... Or in my friend's company where I never even got a computer which I could use to working, I had to use my own laptop...
After all, and after one day, this job seems to be a really nice place to work. Well, of course we have to get back to that after I know better what I should do during this summer but at this point, this just feels so much better than previous working experiences. Right from the start.
Summer…
It really starts to feel like it is going to be summer soon... There is really warm now outside, sun shines and it is getting so green when I look around.
A month ago, in the end of April my work in the university ended, once again. At that time I was told that there might be some more work to do, but like it is easy to guess, I haven't heard nothing since... So I had to try to find something else to do in the summer. I was quite certain that I fould not find anything for a summer because it was already May and all summerjobs are usually already assigned quite early. But for my big surprise Nokia was still searching for a few summer trainees and I actually applied for a one job. But for my even bigger surprise, I was selected to come to interview for that job... And even bigger surprise was when I was notified that I got that job!
So, now in the Monday morning I will take a bus (actually two, but details...) to Hervanta and start working there... I am not quite sure still what actually my job will be but I am quite sure that I will have interesting times ahead.
Photo report
Today came out a new issue of Aviisi, a local student newspaper. In this episode is my first photo report ever published in newspaper, well actually first photo report I have ever made.
Photo report was made about a local student event, Kaupunkisuunnistus, where freshmans (and sometimes some older students also) travels through the city from one control point to another, making some tasks in every control point.
It was really funny to watch and I also got some quite nice photos.

Mikian Photography
About a week ago my registration was accepted. From now on I run my own business. After a long thinking I just decided to name company to Mikian Photography. Yes, I know that it a little bit boring and does not describe my IT possibilities but I didn't came up anything better.
Anyway, my business is now running and active. Now all tha is left is actually sell some photos

Photos for sale
Few weeks ago I wrote that my photos has been accepted to the photo agency, Sodapix. Contract papers has been signed and delivered, I have uploaded first set of my photos to service.
Since then I have been waiting, when my photos will appear to sales portal. Finally, yesterday I noticed them there. Now I just can wait for someone to actually buy those. Someone has already watched my photos (top photo has seven clicks registered) but hasn't bought yet any photo.
