Who am I

Student, Photographer
Welcome to my blog. This blog is about my life, how I try to balance my valuable time between studying, working and my hobbys.
Study
I started my studies in University of Tampere, Department of Computer Sciences in autumn 2003. Currently I am focusing on XML data handling and processing. Grid computing is also one of my interests.
Working
I currently work at Nokia Oyj as Summer Trainee.
Photography
My first contact with photography was a early digital camera I borrowed from school, in year 2002. It did not take a long time to lose my heart to photography.
My first own camera was Kodak DC-4800, which served me well, until it got replaced by Canon Powershot G3. I shooted meny photos over few years with these pocket-size cameras.
My photographing took next big step after I got my first D-SLR in October 2005, Canon EOS-350D.
My photographing has been slowly grown bigger and bigger as hobby until in summer 2007 hobby was no longer a hobby. Nowadays I sell my photos through Sodapix photo-agency, and trying to afford my photograph purchases by selling some photos.
